HOW DOES IT WORK?
Much like their smaller split system cousin, when the systems is on cooling, the energy in the warm air from inside the room is taken in by the fan coil in the ceiling and removed outside by the condenser, resulting in cool air recirculating back into the house. While a reverse cycle system allows for the heat pump to run in reverse to provide heating during winter.
A basic overview is an indoor unit is mounted in your ceiling connecting to a series of ducts that distribute the hot or cold air throughout your home, also a condenser unit is mounted outside your home to remove heat.
